Farmington Bank used to offer such a product; however, it is no longer available once they were acquired by People's United Bank.I am open to going under FNMA standards; however, if you do not have a loan package I would be eligible for, can i ask whether your institution makes portfolio loans to real estate investors?

I wouldn't give them there money back any sooner than I have to AS LONG AS I HAVE MORE PRODUCTIVE USES FOR THE CAPITAL.The same is true for the HELOC.

Obviously, you would not do this if you did not have a good backyard.Market research indicates that renovations, and subsequently, "indoor/outdoor living", are very popular right now.For a personal perspective, would it be worth it to put these types of products in a Class B home, in a Class A or Class B neighborhood?
