I do get the rent in checks and transfers currently to my personal bank.

Personally I refuse to deal with any of the large banks, (Wells, BofA, Chase) and prefer to deal with smaller regional banks or credit unions.

If a person is already investing in the U.S. and then invests overseas they dilute their cross leveraging potential.
