I love helping people and truly do enjoy my job, but I am already at a young age topped out for compensation and in this field with insurance reimbursement structure the way it is, I am likely to not move up much at all in the future unfortunately.I have always loved personal finance and after accruing ungodly amounts of student loans and navigating paying them off all while efficiently investing in the stock market as well as now real estate I have not only realized how strong my interests are in this area but also my personal skills align in financial planning and personal finance.

There are quite a few people here on Bigger Pockets like @Mark Robertson or @Bryan Hancockwho have thoroughly vetted every platform and/or who have put together groups of investors to do what you're looking for, @Bryce PetersonAnd, as Account Closed pointed out, many still use good 'ol Excel.

If anyone is willing to hold our hand a bit while we look at this, we would appreciate it!

It helps that there are a lot of people all vetting these deals together, so we all gain the benefit of each others' expertise. 

I just need a handful more of my repeat customers to start and keep going around them.

Ideally, you would have a real estate attorney and title company working hand-in-hand. 

We own and operate 51 multifamily units and we also do property management in Orlando and Jacksonville for other owners of residential properties from single units/homes up to 80-unit apartment buildings.I've always tried to network and meet more people in the real estate space wherever I live and would love to meet more people in the Orlando area.

@Diego A.When people say "syndication" in context of real estate, they really mean filing the necessary paperwork with the SEC to sell securities.

The value is in that cabin, in that location, with 12+M people visiting every year.

Don't look for the agents pushing their card into everyone's hands, look for investors who also work as agents.
