Scenario: I have a weird scenario where a week after closing on a home a pipe burst in the second floor unit of a duplex I purchased in late January of this year.

Here is what I see when looking at their information.It looks like their first deal was a 14-unit acquired in 2017, so they are pretty new at this game. 

You could also do some valeadd, and make the 2nd unit an STR or MTR.
