Do the value add properties disappear quickly???

Im going through these growing pains.

And of course, following rules just like everyone else does.Mostly, having the license really allows me to check the property whenever and wherever I want without coordinating w. another agent (such a pain for both parties!  

Doing it all on my phone is painful.

He's threatening to be on the road telling people what horrible landlords we are, reply to our ads & generally be a pain in the backside.I"m 53.

And that is just the first few months.Point is...these can be either items of operation, or items of pain.

With most people, it just disappears. 

I need more concrete pain or opportunity to sell and go somewhere else.  

HOA’s can also be a giant pain when it comes to renovations depending on the renovations you’re doing (inside vs. outside, for example) and that particular association’s rules.
