@Brady Hlad An new account for each property is overkill and an administrative nightmare.The easiest way is to simply put all your business income and pay business expenses out of one account.

Another issue that has come up with fees through the years is the "Account Termination Fee" charged when closing out an account.So, the following are a few that we have worked with; Pensco/Opus Trust, Sunwest Trust, Equity Trust, IRA Services Trust, Sterling Trust...There are other firms like Entrust that are Administrators and can take care of you too.

Some you cannot resolve and that is when you realize the honeymoon is over and you need an expensive divorce attorney and partnership breakups can be more painful that a divorce.What happens when Partner A wants out and Partner B can't get the cash to pay so they dump the property for a flea market price.
