Personally I am looking for something different but accountants all seem to use QB.

Are there any registers so you can see the whole list of Agents or the search is down only for 4 paid profiles?

Most of the sites I've found seem to be more targeted towards investors, and not the person bringing the deal opportunity.

I'm not familiar with On the Rocks, but using SW Pure White on the exterior of my personal residence.  

Personally I would call your local investment guru agent or property manager and see what you can do.

Does that have to be paid off at closing?

I have a background in marketing and am wondering if paid google ads and paid search is required in addition to yellow letters. 

@Justin Reyes Let me ask you this...If you owned a marketable piece of real estate and no longer cared to own the property what would you rather do: (a) Sell the property, pay off your mortgage and move on to other opportunities; or(b) Sell the property without paying off the loan,  remain liable for the loan as the note signer and trust the buyer will continue to make payments on that loan, and if they don't your personal credit is damaged? 

For a few of them I'd ask follow up questions-ie for the person who broke the lease and is moving-why are they moving?
