For instance, my last area I moved from, a total gut interior with exterior work was around 60 per Sq foot, total gut interior-only was about 30 per square foot and a cosmetic rehab (bathroom, flooring, kitchen, etc) was 20 a square foot.

@Curtis Curley It depends on your goals, when you need the money, how much work you want to do, etc.I would much rather put $12k in the market as opposed to rentals, because it literally is no work on my part besides a few clicks.
