Find a mentor to help you.

Start networking with people who are actively investing your area (this will help gain mentors and other people who can be your go to when you have questions or need help 2. 

I have never purchased a house and only have the knowledge I have attained over the past year with BP books, Robert Kiyosaki books, BP webinars and personal mentors who are investors themselves although they invest out of state. 

So consider a Mentor, Partner, or a lot of trusting relatives.

Fast forward a few years and I’m finishing up my junior year of college; I was an entrepreneurship and finance major and beginning to get serious of where I wanted to take my life.
