As a result, I will make it a point to track these factors at least annually, and adjust the location of my portfolio accordingly, as well as divest my portfolio when the overall trend slows.I will, however, continue to do pure flips out of my IRA LLC, thus obviating the impact of short-term gains from a tax perspective.

Its not entirely faith based investing, the platforms have a vested interest to insure they are doing an exuberant amount if vetting on developers, as at the end of the day it will result in the retention and reputation they build with their crowd.

Today there is so much out there--just absorbing it all could take years.It is like when consumer products firms realize that past a certain point, giving someone too many options or choices produces the wrong result--they don't buy  (think 25 kinds of ketchup, buyer just freezes up)...I love websites like this, but sometimes they even add needless complexity (some times with good reason and sometimes not) so this a good chance for the experienced 10% to inject simplicity.
