People who ignore that the Fed has printed $10 Trillion dollars lately, think they are simply great investors and don't have a rabbits hope in a dog kennel of getting out of this one and will lose everything.And if you don't understand # 11, "Lord have mercy".

They paid for last month but discounted their late fee.

I'm coming to this thread late & it seems you're getting great feedback & direction.

Late to the post, but I agree mesh is the best way to go.

However lately I have come across several success stories of people killing it doing real estate wholesaling who are even younger than me and it has inspired me to dive in right now even though I'm young, and don't have everything figured out.
