I would consider maybe a rubber apron of some sort or really thick cloth.

We currently live in a small SFH and am looking to move into a larger home to accomidate our four children.

After a few too many special "lunch meeting" where the company announces,"everyone in this room still has a job, everyone else..." sort of speeches.

I estimated at 17% thinking many of the larger repairs would be negated with the renovation in the first year.Really I thought the numbers looked ok.

This will sort out how efficient they are and how fast the title company is.

Some a little smaller and some larger.

I did not bite on the larger sales pitch which the lowest priced was about $20,000.
