I have found that in this market, to find the best deals you need to be in contact with the people with the pocket listings.

Hi my name is Dee and Im a newbie to Bigger Pockets looking to really expand and grow my reo business.

One nice older couple comes in .. they are down sizing .. she sells them that house.. for 400k so that's 10k in her pocket.. and list and sells their 750k personal home  that's another 15k in her pocket.. so that was 25k made that mothers day.. 

Hey bigger pockets, if you had a chance to go back in time and talk to your younger self and give them advice what would you tell you ?
