@Ben KappelI initially used Venmo, but I kept finding myself having to be the bad guy and interact when rents were late and then having to enforce collecting the late fees.

However, from that point I don't want any interaction with the tenants.

So right now, I know the 16 sales in 94402 that have occurred since 7/1/23 have been lower in $/sf than the last Q average, hover over the line for exact metrics, all these charts are interactable.- Or use the 'LA & Ventura' or 'SF & Bay Area' options under Sales or Rents to get an idea of ALL markets and their performance over time.Here are other market-metrics if you do a specific Zipcode search:Here's some of the LA & Ventura-wide search (you can get the same for the SF & Bay Area by using a different login):Hopefully this will stay up and I can get some feedback from you all!

Anecdote: of all the investors in interact with regularly, ALL of them are raising money to increase buying next year.

Some do well just reading a book, some with webinars and such, while others (such as myself) do better in a classroom/interactive/hands-on environment.

Just to clarify, yes I did mean a buyer's agents' interaction with a seller's agent and vice versa.

Maybe there is an end of the year slowdown, we've interacted with two local banks so far and have found the communication back and forth to be not very efficient or productive.

Google “Escambia County Crime Map” and it should bring up an interactive tool that will let you search by address to see what kind of crime and how much is happening around a property that you are considering.
