Hi Estela Moreno

My advice would be to stay far away from real estate "guru's". Instead find a local investor with proven 3-5+ years of actual and personal experience and ask them to train you. You'll have to pay for it but it's better than online webinars and classrooms. Those are a joke. I've been in the business for over 15 yrs and learned the right way. It makes me sick to think people are "training" others via webinars and classrooms. Pls feel free to reach out to me anytime for other help/questions. Good luck!!
