At 55 years BP inspired me to get into real estate.

No other book I know of or have read( and i have read over  50 this year alone) is packed with such incredible motivation and inspiration to be an entrepreneur and get into real estate like the book -rich dad poor dad .

I was inspired by the book, 'Duplexes, Tripexes and Quads' about multifamily investing.

Inspired by @investorgirlbritt from Instagram we burned the candle at both ends when we could to get it done and not struggle to get our construction commitments done as well.

I hope this post helps to inspire and motivate others.
