Purchase price: $232,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $369,000

Bought in my home town, house had great bones!
Just listed last week and are hoping to sell our first Fix-n-flip this week. If market dips we'll BRRRR into 2nd deal!
Shout out to Bigger Pockets for the awesome content, insight, and amazing guests with the most inspiring stories.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I knew the town, had relationships, and asked intelligible questions after studying up at BP for a bit!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow + One of my best friends is a Broker/Agent and knew what we needed to look for!

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional 30 year fixed rate with first time buyer #Seth program

How did you add value to the deal?

Complete renovation: MLS# 20158980
New Granite, Floors, Hardware, Fixtures, Paint, Repairs, Landscaping

What was the outcome?

Either flipping for a significant profit or renting for cash flow into BRRRR method for property 2!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Don't buy all materials from Home Depot lol Ask around!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Michael Keegan - Broker / Agent
Great job!
