@Eric Schwake I have also looked into that, spoke with Corey I guess he was there point man for this.He was able to answer all my question and I decided to check this further and he forwarded me an available note.Looks good on paper, no hassle and get 8% return.So I asked him few more question on property and repair mentioned and other paper he provided, he answered few and when i start digging more on how the cost was concluded he mentioned note is SOLD now.Not saying it was but seems odd to me, he has not forwarded any note to me after that.Do your due diligence ,Now that i know more overall its very easy to inflate the price based .
