That is, since most people get paid on a bi-weekly basis, has anyone ever tried offering rent payments being due on the same basis to a tenant for convenience? 

The reasoning behind it is the industrial park has shown substantial growth in the past few years and looking to add some big tenants in the near future but is currently undeserved in the commercial space (resturaunts, banks, convenience store, etc). 

The amount is not much but it's convenient.

Sounds like a convenient way to receive rent, as far as I'm concerned, more tenants should be able to do this!

It would also be more convenient to learn, since it's an immersive type of learning experience I've heard.

We pick up the ACH convenience fees which are like 2 bucks but the integration with our system save a ton of time.
