Business line of unsecured credit

Hey all this is Scott Roberts I've been investing and flipping in real estate and rentals for over 30 years I'm considering something new and need to hear the opinion of you who are wiser than I I have hardly ever used OPM Over the past few years I have been using hard money and evidently I am very fortunate in my rates, conditions and ARV I lost a solid investor I had (he past away this year). So I am considering other options. My credit is good so I am thinking about getting an insecure line of credit, saving the need to continually wait and mess with some of these current private lenders. One main reason is that I have an inside track to buy sheriff sale auction properties with an inside contact. When purchasing these I need to pay cash the same day for the property and I don't have a solution otherwise to make decision hat quick with hard money lenders. So to the question - have any of you used these type of unsecured Business loans? Or do you have any other drops of wisdom to help me in this scenario? Just looking to move more properties. Thanks all Scott
