Your running an STR that is listed on Airbnb. $100 per month I'd not worth the effort to me.

They want to be able to list their property on AirBnb, Google Vacation Rentals, and VRBO.

The PM company won't be familiar with the OTAs you'll use to list your property, how to manage your calendar and coordination with team members.
