I’m still in high school and will be graduating here in the coming months.

We're both outdoorsy and avid cyclists, and we have two kiddos in grade school. 

I am graduating college at the end of this month and I have accepted an awesome job with an amazing company to begin my career!

I am going to move there when I graduate this spring. 

Buyer learnt because I contacted the grad school directly and asked them about bulletin boards or message boards for housing. 

What type of things do you look for as far as location, price, schools, taxes, etc. and what makes a property a "Good Find".

I gave my oldest (high school senior) the book Richest Man in Babylon.

I am being cautious not to put too much money into the property due to the neighborhood and school district not being the most desirable and so I want to make sure I get a good ROI.

My wife is a school teacher and it looks like school will be closed for the rest of the year. 

There’s a lot of us out there who are about to graduate, maybe we have some cash saved in the bank, but we’re all scared, looking for jobs, and not sure if we should be buying right now, or even if we could get a mortgage right now.Do you have any advice for us?
