With that being said I am sorry to hear your frustrations and want for an end to this time bomb.

Do not replace/rehinge new doors by yourself, quite possibly the most frustrating experience I have had.

I'm just excited to have finally found a solution to the frustration of trying to play audio files with an MP3 player, but lacking precise navigational controls.

I'm not a Pro and sometimes find it frustrating as there are some contacts etc. only available to Pros.

This is a quote from my neighbor who is a commercial broker: "The only thing that frustrates me about the job is it can take forever to close a deal"  I think as long as you have the patience and a good pipeline you will be okay.

. - What I find a bit frustrating, is that I can not get a Phase II quote without them first doing a Phase I.I am looking at a ~65K sq ft property that has past and current automotive use.

Responses are on Messenger which is a pretty frustrating interface for business to be honest.
