Are you trying to solicit investors on the forums?

If you only have a couple thousand in the bank, you're pretty limited in what you can do, unless you find the alternative financing options that so many on these forums discuss.

It's like you say when we see a bunch of newbies bashing their property manager's in the forums. 

Start to research house hacking, listen to podcasts, read the forums, and network with local investors.

I've started to lurk in the forums recently and its been pretty educational. 

However, none of my current banks will refinance a rental condo, only rental houses.I guess the forum rules don't allow lender questions, but can anyone recommend a way to go about refinancing a rental condo?
