Question: What jobs are available in the real estate field that fit my education and experience, where I could make 35-40K to start, hourly or salary, not commission?

I am a US Army vet currently working in the security field, both of which have left me with a lively case of chronic insomnia and next to no time.

Certainly don't mind answering questions, but what if you were in the field and had to make a decission?

The attorney should be able to hold as well, but having a 3rd party title co keeps a level playing field.

Ideally I'd like to see some in the field experience.

Perhaps get a second job with a property management company, a RE office, or something in the RE field that would help speed up yr education while also providing an additional paycheck for savings.

I work in the new construction field and havent really decided on a niche to go with, most likely flipping given my background, but open to ideas.

There are many speciality fields that you should explore at this stage of your career and identify with one that you should start with and branch off from there.
