I've been "driving for dollars" here which is good but I'm also open to starting with a list of homes and targeting that way.

Lastly, the requirements and ease of getting more-or-less conventionalfinancing also will be determined by your intended use of the property.If you are buying it as your primary residence and will be living in it, then getting financing will be a lot easier than if you were buying it as an investment property to be rented out.

hello everyonei was just wondering if anyone had any great marketing letters (targeted to owners of large apartment complexes) their willing to share. i also wanted to know if anyone has any audio's on the subject of learning commercial real estate investing that their willing to share as well.
