Hey everyone, I'm looking for some real estate investor connections in the North Fort Lauderdale/ Delray Beach area and thought I would turn here to hopefully find someone with their ear to the ground in that area.

And trying to distinguish the good vs bad TK providers is not that easy IMO Agreed with your comment mate.For those that want to go head deep into real estate investing I have always suggested to pack your bags and move to the area that you want to build a portfolio in.Make the sacrifice of a couple of years and live in a "boring" market, build the team and then if God willing you can leave with piece of mind knowing your investments will be looked after.I also know of many folks with relatives in cashflowing markets that invest from afar and this can also work as you have trusted feet on the ground that can be your "eyes and ears"Thanks 

Goal is to manage it remotely, ideally not travel at all, have some responsible person to physically show the potential tenants the house.I have found some options and wanted to get feedback:1. complete DIY using technology: Have a remote/reprogrammable smart lock, wifi 4G dongle with ring flying camera or some other tech that allows me to remotely show the house to potential tenants.

One thing to remember is that when I was in banking, my phone would ring several times a day with knuckleheads that took a guru course that were going to solve all of the bank's problems by buying my REO and NPLs out at 30 cents on the dollar.
