I have my first prospect on a nice 3bd single family home owner is asking 86,500 for it..great looking property and lots of land... huge back yard. other houses in the area are going for 95k I know this could be a good investment..i'm sure i can get her down to 80k and possibly 78k.

I jumped in with another builder as an investor/broker and am trying my luck with a 15 unit luxury condominim development as well.

First let me state that is so frustrating to be behind the curve...while I was paying 200 sheckles to go over the contracts for a pre-development contract the pre-development sold out.

Most cities don't have bike lanes, and most cities were not developed to have "bikers" as the primary source of getting around.

If not, may I suggest you intern or work as an assistant for a commercial/residential realty ofc, or for a developer/builder.
