However, I'm curious about this point.............Thanks I would certainly check with you state. . when I met with the ORegon investigator on the Oregon case. that was one thing she delved into how can these brokers be listing properties for people that don't own them. the only way I know is the original owner has to sign the listing contract. and I suppose some will do that.. but then why let the middle man make fees when you could just list it. the state investigator was asking me this..

Investors think creatively.There are many theories that can be delved into on why Fannie Mae doesnt allow you obtain borrowed funds or gift funds in the middle of the transaction but short to say its a rule if you'd like FNMA money you must abide by them or find a loan officer who is more strategic in their planning for you.
