Of course, during economic downturns ADRs may need to be reduced but there will still be a greater demand than other more costly or less convenient vacation destinations.

Automatic/electronic deposits are pretty convenient, but at least in my state of CA, they can be risky due to our eviction laws - so I'd say defer to someone who is familiar with your state's tenancy laws to make sure that you're not exposing yourself to risk unnecessarily however you choose to handle it.

Henryville is a beautiful and convenient area but not STR friendly.

I typically stay in an STR when travelling but sometimes go back to hotels when I'm looking for convenience.
