I did a follow up  yesterday and his first comment was the courts were closed and everything is on pause.

Anything....provide anything more than this otherwise the commenters won't be much help because they have nothing to comment on.Talk about what you want to develop in much more detail and you'll get many more responses.

You made no comments on whether you were paying rent or not through all this, but that is an important detail. 

Just to piggy back off of the other comments its a combination of all of that.

@Nicole Vincent, i dont want to rain on your parade, especially as i havent seen the property and make my comments based on assumptions and personal experience, BUT... additionally to all the great comments ahead of mine;As this is in Florida you also want to think about the strict building inspections when rehabbing.

So I wanted to get some feedback from members who know this market to comment if it would be a good idea to invest there.
