The flat top is so black that probably cannot be cleaned either. 

@Jeff Wallenius:Detroit is the proverbial black sheep and shorthand for warzone.

I know the failed movie hall in DeWitt and the factory that was built for the company that never moved in are some recent black eyes in the area, but I think landing the drone testing center (even if you think it was just for a bid at Amazon) is a great thing for that area and crime continuously improving is always a good sign.

Here is some advice, rip out all the plants put down black plastic to prevent weeds from growing and plant plastic plants.

The drains in the backyard have never drained since we moved in 14 months ago which I made the LL aware of and we had downpours just after we moved in and the water almost entered the sliders because it would not drain, 14 months later, nothing has been done, but yellow and black smelly sludge and mold seep up from the drains.

Clearly, if the houses aren't selling at the price the realtor told you, the realtor isn't good enough at his/her job.That said, I've been following your posts for about two years now, and the one common theme is that you're constantly looking for black and white answers to things that don't have black and white answers.
