Meaning you will pick the price, you will have to chase them down for the adjustments, you will be the one negotiating, etc. 

Some new agents chase the better commission split which I think is a bad idea.  

Assuming you have good documentation and valid expenses that would stand up in court, hand the bill over to a debt collector and let them chase her.
