I love learning and catch on quickly. 

Sometimes you can catch it early with a small leak.Sometimes you can extend the life of a water heater by draining it once a year.

At the moment I am trying my best to catch up to my older brother in that I am reading/listening to books any chance I get so that when I make the dive into this business so that I slice through with ease rather than belly flop on the surface.

Mike, I had this happen to us and we didn't catch it.

The catch is that paying $1000 to stay sober is a fairly cheap alternative to highly expensive rehab programs or other forms of treatment. 

I was more aiming towards the Diligent steps your taking to assess the property your interested in don't hold any unseen catch Physically / legally 

I just started looking at JAX so don't know the areas so well, I have a friend who owns over 20 houses there so Im going to catch up with him and see which areas and Zips he recommend.I rather buy properties which we can add  value to by renovation, then we create some equity. 

Hi @Jack Brown,Undefined, and a BS detector catches the fraud most of the time.

The schools are always a good indication that the neighborhood is now at top value because they take a little bit to catch up with the neighborhood.
