Hi All,I would GREATLY appreciate any and all concise, knowledgable advice about these 3 softwares.I'm a beginning investor very much interested in wholesaling as the start, leading up to flipping then buy & hold investing.I've been researching all 3 but I've been running into conflicting opinions so I've posted here with like-minded individuals for the truth so to speak.I realize that Proptrend is rather pricey($2,000)for my business right now but I would appreciate an honest opinion about that software as well as advice about Propstream & REIBlackbook which was reviewed on this site & the reviewer states that she uses REIb.Everyone & anyone,I am trying to start my business off in the right direction by using the tools & advice supplied to me on this site(advice from the 7 ways to automate your business article has been implemented already)so any advice that I can use & run with to help my business achieve the success that I believe it can,I would be forever thankful for...!
