Hello,I'm going to purchase virtual phone numbers for an upcoming direct mail campaign and I was hoping to get some guidance regarding best companies to work with and how they integrate? 

For those following, I started a virtual wholesaling effort back in Jan (see " what 1200 yellow letters looks like" and " track my campaign".In the last month, I've been able to get my first two homes under contract. 

Best to have a healthy cash buyers list as to avoid a public marketing campaign.

Hi everyone,I just sent out my first direct mail campaign last week, and I've started to receive phone calls. 

I have also heard there are places that will even hand write letters for you. i have heard them called yellow letter campaigns.

I have several several marketing campaigns out that get motivated sellers calling, while at the same time we are going out and aggresively pursuing REO's and other rehab properties off the MLS.If you stay consistent with both methods you can't help but to do deals.
