In mid April I ordered new cabinets for kitchen, laundry room, and both baths.....they just arrived 7/6/20.

Wondered if anyone has found a good quality, mid priced kitchen cabinet that comes in blue.

But how do you BRRRR in this Utah market with home prices in the hundreds of thousands even for a "good deal".

We put in new flooring, cabinets, painted, added landscaping, glazed the tubs and showers and put in new fixtures.

If I have to hire a GC, I will - just trying to figure out how anyone does anything themselves (i.e hanging drywall, tiling, kitchen cabinets, fencing a yard, framing closets, etc) if the cost goes over 5K.

I set up hundreds(thousands) of entities for investors, lots of Series LLCs across multiple states.

And the global health crisis is getting worse, so I’m not sure why anyone would think we are out of the woods yet.What happens when commercial real estate collapses and hundreds of millions of square feet of office space is converted to housing in cities?  

Your tenant leaves after a year, you get in there and find dirty floors and carpet, have to touch up or new paint, various broken/damaged items. leaks under sinks ruining cabinets, etc...

The cabinets in the kitchen are starting to be installed and painting of the interior is coming along.

For a granite counter top do I need to get new cabinets?
