Get some of that "frosted" look window treatment from the local home improvement place - not a heavy pattern, but enough to to allow the light to still come in, but blur or remove the view of that gas station.

You can call a termite company to give you a quote for treatment and they will come out and inspect your property for free or a minimal charge.

Me personally I actually would honestly but a lot of the "professional" are either busy actually doing deals and don't have time to mentor or there are those that charge a ton of money up front to teach.My solution that i concluded is just do it!
