Get some of that "frosted" look window treatment from the local home improvement place - not a heavy pattern, but enough to to allow the light to still come in, but blur or remove the view of that gas station.  

@Rose Martin - when you say "shutters" are you referring to exterior shutters or interior window treatment?  

This is not a plausible solution.  

I asked support about posting this message and they said I should put it up in the forums so here it is:I have a superior mold remediation product and want to make it available to members- it is the lowest cost, laboratory proven, environmentally safe solution available.  

You can call a termite company to give you a quote for treatment and they will come out and inspect your property for free or a minimal charge.  

You need people to call you by creating the positive.. i.e. you want to try to have people call you because they are convinced you are their solution.

Basically, I had to come up with the financing solution to fill the gap.

You can even consider selling it to him.This is simply a possible solution - whether or not you should sell is a personal decision ultimately.

Account Closed mentions above. also, btw, the deal isn't in CA.thanks Erik for the note suggestion-I've already started looking at templates online. that seems like it would be the easiest solution. and your advice about keeping the rate higher than bare minimum makes sense because I want to leave the door open for future opportunities with the lender/friend.

Me personally I actually would honestly but a lot of the "professional" are either busy actually doing deals and don't have time to mentor or there are those that charge a ton of money up front to teach.My solution that i concluded is just do it!
