I'm curious if that's the case.I started the listing at $2,400/Mo. and when that got over 100 views with zero inquiries over the span of a week I dropped it to $2,175 last Friday.

You cannot blame them, but the only way they know to live is "working for the man" and waiting for Friday to come.

Long story, here's a short version.House remodeled, completed last Friday, tenant made partial deposit Thursday with remainder of deposit due today, Monday.

My son is due Friday. :)Sorry to keep you waiting.

Keep in mind I have 4 units without hot water and he was the only plumber that would do it before the weekend (It's Friday morning).

I will make date/place decision by this Friday.

I am closing on a single family this friday that will only require minor repairs so it wouldn't have been worth it for the last 6 months to have been paying for insurance and all the other costs associated.

I am always thinking about today is Friday and someone is loosing their job and they are going to have to start over with the looking for another job.But, here is the funny part many of them have a house and can not even conceive in investing in real estate outside of the primary residence.
