That significantly raises the risk, but a property that is supposed to cash flow positively does not necessarily mean it will.

It is supposedly a service animal, however, I read some place that if I can't secure insurance on the house, that is sufficient grounds to deny the application even if it is a service dog.

If you did, you are bound to the terms of the new lease.Just because you didn't hear from them doesn't mean you can just leave.That said, if you were originally supposed to leave last year in August, you have most likely been on a month to month lease, and terminating a month to month lease is different than a long term lease.

Supposedly you could generate $90k in rent a year......But the building were utterly delapitaded, and not fit for any sort of rental without significant cash.It stayed on the market for two years until sold for $25k to an investor somewhere.
