Hi I would repaint the exterior give it a little more pop.   

This popped up on the MLS and I knew what it was from the listing.

Should we wait around to see if a better deal on a block home in a non flood zone pops up?

With the increase in Covid guidelines and the length of time it took to do each turnover, we were no longer able to offer early check-in, or late check-out, and ultimately, the cleaning team that we had been working with couldn’t handle the increased work load, and we started getting some bad reviews pop up.

Instead I hovered the cursor over the button and watched the pop-up that tells you where the link leads. 

A bunch of local investors will pop up and they can be your cash buyers.Good luck on your wholesaling journey!  

If the demand is the same, it would make sense to me to wait for any unforeseen circumstances that may pop up between now and then.
