Introduction to Real Estate Investing

Hello everyone,

My name is Russell & I am looking to get into rental properties. I’ve been doing a lot of research and getting familiar with possible markets.

I am in Los Angeles so investing here is almost impossible to start with no previously generated wealth. We (My girlfriend & I) are looking to establish passive rental income finding good out of state pockets for our first property. We have looked at Indianapolis & Las Vegas with real estate contacts/friends/mentors in that area.

I have been listing to the Podcast which I love. Started all the way back at 1 and I’ve been following a few forum posts. All very educational. Just wanted to hear your suggestions and ideas. Also find potential future relationships and partnerships. We have lofty goals, but want to make sure we do it the right way with really good people along the way.

Thanks everyone, talk soon.

Hi Russell, I started investing in Indianapolis from out of state (San Diego, now Seattle) about a year ago and focus on BRRRRs. Happy to connect and let me know if I can be of any assistance!
