This is basically where docusign asks personal questions from your credit report to verify your identity prior to signing.

Bay View seems to be a popular/appealing area, but the schools rate poorly. 

Do I use a home  equity line of credit that I have on another rental at 6%  or do I use my  saving earning 1.75%?

@Joe Fairless I NEED to take note, I am exactly where you were a few years back. 30k salary, 18k student debt, I am down to 9% credit card usage, which I am planning to wipe out in the upcoming months. 🙏🏻 But wow, can I just say that your story, is #goals material.

He has bad credit, and outstanding debts that he needs to pay (hints the loan for 12k).

Does anyone have any idea on how to do this so your personal credit does not have to be used?

Hi BP,If you have an investment property that you did the BRRR strategy on but want to eventually do a 1031 Exchange, does the capital gains credit based off of the original purchase price or the new loan on the property?

Even with a prior BK on one spouse's credit, with the 10% down payment they already made to me, they should be able to get their own loan.Do any of you Lease-Optionors ever send reminders to your tenant-buyers reminding them of the expiration of their option, so as to light a fire under them to "get a move on"?  

There are plenty of forums on here with different book recommendations (rich dad poor dad, millionaire real estate investor, etc...).
