NOw this ghost ad crap... that one is really bad... put an add in when you really have nothing to sell and basically lie to people to get them to respond.any way just not my cup of tea.... and how anyone can think this is ethical business practice I think needs to do a double check.. how would you like it if someone is doing this to your mother !

If both the mom and the son are on the lease, then both have the right to stay unless they break the terms of the lease, and I wouldn't consider a phone call from the son about his mother's boyfriend proof of illegal activity.
