Does anyone have any experience with these types of tenants?

Usually holding costs and lost opportunity costs far outweigh the gain in sales price.I would also have multiple exit strategies and if prices dropped more than I wanted could I keep it as a long-term investment and have the rent cover my expenses.

I’m in the area and while I invested in other areas, I’ve yet to do this one but I have analyzed many condos here.  

I currently have a hard money loan on the property and am shopping lenders to cash out refi.

I have a few units here in Little Rock, AR I am considering selling.

The day I went from having a ton of Agents to not having Agents was the greatest day in my career.

I'm not worried about mail going to the old house because right now I don't have any mail sent to the LLC. 

If you haven't lived there, visited there a lot, or have close friends or relatives there, you may be too detached from the area to pay close attention to it which will lead to PM skimming and just bad oversight on your asset.3.
