The idea, for me at least, is that while the net worth does not put food on my table now, it will later.

All the work that has to go into it, up-front out of pocket expenses and so on, definitely food for thought if this is going to be the path I walk especially as a rookie agent.

It is not noticeable until the food actually starts getting warm, and that will depend on how full the refer/freezer is, and how often someone opens the door.

Your houses become your inventory, no different than if you're a shoe store selling shoes or a restaurant selling food. 

If someone is taking their "food from the table" to save me money I would return the favor with business and referrals. 

They have to be on a strict diet to stay small, and most owners don't have the heart to restrict their food like that. 

Has anyone purchased a vacant fast food chain building then turned around and sold it to another fast food chain and had the retailer on a ground NNN lease? 

Now the mess includes fast food boxes and papers everywhere.
