I'm looking into a property right on the Oconto River, 30 minutes north of Green Bay (I'd assume Packers games would bring in some STR activity as well).There are a handful of STR's in this small town, and the state regulations seem to favor STR's to promote tourism and travel.

Stepping up my game to multifamily…This 6 unit is rented in a decent area and has 5 rented and the owner occupying the 6th.

Patience is key to this investing game but when you find something that fits your criteria and is up for sale. 

My game plan is to apply for a second home/vacation loan for our first property. 10% down possibly 3% interest rate 30 year.

My criteria started out as getting into the game with no real end point other than to have enough money to retire.

There's so much startups coming out, coaches, private money access, big game for sure.

Figure out what you need to do on a daily basis to be able to achieve what your end game is.
