Short Term Rental Market in Oconto City WI

Is anyone familiar with the short term rental market/ regulations in Oconto City, Wisconsin? From my research this seems to be a great year round tourist area for outdoor activities. I'm looking into a property right on the Oconto River, 30 minutes north of Green Bay (I'd assume Packers games would bring in some STR activity as well).

There are a handful of STR's in this small town, and the state regulations seem to favor STR's to promote tourism and travel. I live in the Philly area so any local feedback would be great. Thanks!
