We also track cost of turnover, but not time.But looking at my info, I'd guess our turnover time varies from 5 days to two weeks.We have two advantages, that our units are small square footage so easier to turn faster, and we have a more transient applicant pool so they can move in right away.

The easiest way to estimate without seeing a property is just use a set amount to multiply by the square footage.

Especially when I add in the fact that the house is on a major street and the nicely remodeled house next door that is listed at $355k has been on the market for almost 5 months with numerous price reductions.Agree with Mike.Also, do not believe in the $350K re-sale, but that was on a 1 minute review and using the old sq footage of 1235, I guess they expanded it, unless you are very familiar with the area and know that is a premium you will be getting for new.
