If the new people found seem promising, could we just end the current lease & sign a completely new lease with them so we have someone staying longer than just the last few months of her lease?

We had an attempt.. we got an e mail from a Vendor that was fake saying they changed bank accounts and please send funds to our new account.. any one who changes accounts is a HUGE red flag..  

Then I would google up one of those sites that allow you to start a trading account and use fake money, almost like an online game.

The initial glacé at the market wasn’t promising with our low inventory so it’s something I will just be keeping my ear to the ground on until a few months before the lease term is up.

There's a property I'm looking at now that is currently rented out to two different tenants, one on the main floor, and one in the basement.I've been looking pretty hard for a property that can rent out the basement and is in my budget, so this looks pretty promising to me.

If the paperwork can be traced back to a web site that says for $50 we can give you official-looking certificates, you have a fake.
